This letter regards my interest in applying for Market Research Analyst- Customer Experience offered by Ipsos found on LinkedIn. In any industry, a company must conduct research and gather target market data to recommend any new product or change in service for the company’s profit to be increased. Your company’s determination towards gathering data from survey research to recommend a solution or idea to optimize company’s overall performance, was inspiring.
I started my career as a salesfloor associate at Walmart assisting customers with the decision- making on products with excellent customer service skills. As a strong team player, ensuring all customers are satisfied with online pickup service and implementing strategies to have all departments zoned within minimal time. I have obtained a Marketing administration Diploma and have had a strong interest in marketing research along with experience in coordinating marketing survey research on campus based on time and population sample and recommended solution based on the problem statement of the business case as group leader. As marketing researcher, I am curious in finding data and research results to make recommendations for companies. I have obtained strong presentation and coordination skills by coordinating various Group projects and presentations with project management skills and teamwork skills, successfully at Durham College. The data results and market research are required for any company make a drastic decision to change in terms of sales, performance and profit and I am eagerly interested in providing companies recommendations or solutions to see them successful as well as our company.
